The Acquisition Agreement

Terms of Acquisition

1. Nature of the Agreement

By engaging with Blureagan and proceeding with an acquisition, you enter into a formal agreement governed by the pursuit of artistic excellence and mutual respect. These terms outline the stewardship of both physical masterpieces and digital originals curated within our archives.

2. Intellectual Property & Provenance

The acquisition of a physical artwork grants the collector ownership of the tangible object and its associated provenance. However, the intellectual property, including copyright and the right to reproduce the image, remains exclusively with Blureagan.

Reproduction of any work for commercial purposes, digital redistribution, or public exhibition without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited. We maintain a digital record of all originals to ensure the long-term value and authenticity of your collection.

3. The Acquisition Process

All valuations are listed in the gallery's primary currency (USD/NGN). Acquisitions are considered final once the payment has been authorized and the certificate of authenticity has been drafted.

Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of original masterpieces, we do not accept returns once the artwork has left our stewardship. We encourage collectors to review the digital high-fidelity previews or visit the gallery by appointment before finalizing an acquisition.

4. Digital Originals & Prints

Limited Edition Prints are produced to museum standards using archival-grade inks and substrates. Each print is numbered and recorded within our database. The gallery reserves the right to produce artist proofs outside of the numbered edition for archival and exhibition purposes.

5. Governing Stewardship

Blureagan operates under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes regarding acquisitions or intellectual property will be settled through private arbitration, maintaining the discretion and privacy afforded to our collectors.
